Congratulations on taking this step for you and your wellness.   Let me share with you my intention is to create together a space of joy, intimacy and healing.

Each of my guests will be receiving an intake form that I will be reviewing prior to the retreat.  I will review any current labs you may have as well.

 

In preparation for our time together, may I suggest you read my e-book wordwaterlight: Your biological Blueprint.  We will be working with the ideas and tools I write about and your familiarity will move all of us to deeper levels of work.

You will receive the complete agenda and a list of suggested gear to bring.
